Rental of Facility Fee Schedule
Large Groups of 100 or moreFor weddings, reunions, etc.Members: $425 minimum rentalNon-members: $525 minimum rentalSmall Groups (31-99)For baby or wedding showers, meetings, etc.Members: $225 minimum rentalNon-members: $325 minimum rental30 People or lessMembers: $175 minimum rentalNon-members: $225 minimum rentalThe caterer will be charged $100 for the use of the kitchen with all of the above classes.Extra bartender will be charged $20 per hour for class 1 rentals.Cleaning Deposit: $350 - payment by check, returned if facility has been cleaned.Damage Deposit: $250 - payment by check, returned if facility or the outside grounds has not been damaged.These rental prices are for the use of the Clubhouse only; this does not allow you or your guests access to the golf course.Building Rental Contract (PDF)These tents can be added for additional space for attendees at any event and are placed right next to the clubhouse for easy access. The tents are not included in the rental price but we do have information and contact numbers for those who are interested in adding tents!
